About Ron
Ron has been in management consulting and business management for over a decade in fortune 500 firms. He specializes in turnarounds, transformation and merger & acquisitions in public and private firms focused on the technology and financial services sectors.                          

Currently Ron advises as part of KPMG M&A and Strategy Advisory.

Prior to KPMP, Ron consulted Fitch Group through a ~$200mm acquisition integration. 

Ron also led the global transformation at Quantum & Verifone. These efforts included organic and inorganic activities. Ron led cross-company strategic organic change programs, as well as M&A activities including identifying acquisition targets in EMEA, managing multiple merger integrations ($10mm-$100mm) in Europe and North America, divestitures of satellites businesses and leading a global JV deal with a global services provider to spinoff a product line.

On the operation side, Ron led workforce right-sizing, product portfolio optimization, third party optimization, supply chain transformation and processes and systems streamlining. His efforts generated meaningful savings for both firms ($50mm;$150mm).

Ron led both internal consulting team and external teams from McKinsey, IBM and Alix Partners.

Previously, Ron worked in the financial services sector at Citigroup (NY), JPMorgan (UK) and Bank Hapoalim (Israel).

Ron has been doing pro-bono consulting both in Israel and the US. 

Ron holds an MBA from NYU Stern school of business and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. Before his career in business, Ron served as an officer (Lieutenant), in Israel’s defense force.
